Low Vision
Winchester Medical Optics offeres a range of glass prescription lenses which combine wide-swing transmission change photochromic performance with blue light filtering, designed to provide immediate relief from discomfort for especially sensitive eyes.
These lense have been found of particular visual benefit to those with eye problems such as cataracts, glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, macular denegeration, aphakia, diabetic retinopathy and the like.
Symptoms that may respond to Winchester Medical Optics' Lenses:
- Sensitivity to glare and bright light
- Blurred Vision
- Loss of contrast sensitivity
- Difficulty in adjusting to abrupt changes in light levels
- Reduced or hazy vision from light scatter
